Is time stopping you from renovating? Check out this 3 day kitchen renovation. These newlyweds wanted to get their kitchen upgraded while on their honeymoon. The challenging timeline was well worth it as the newly-weds were amazed by the renovation.
This project was special to me because of the client, my Aunt! The project was a complete tear down and rebuild. Working with my Aunt we designed the master bathroom of her dreams which included a washer in dryer...warm towel anyone. Stressed or need to relax? The rainfall shower and jacuzzi tub will help relax you after a stressful day. To add to the relaxation my mom (so talented) added a picture she took of the waves crashing over a rock in Hawaii.
We loved this project. Working with the homeowners we designed a kitchen ready for entertainment. Our clients had three goals in mind, build a functional chiefs kitchen (they love to cook), keep the High Desert feel, and make the kitchen a focal point for entertainment. Goal Achieved! Our clients couldn't be happier and we were lucky enough to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Our clients invited us to a party that was a lot of fun. Thank you we needed that!

I was very pleased with the remodel of my master bathroom. Joy came to the house and spoke to me about what I thought I wanted. She quickly understood my taste and was able to design a bathroom that completely fit our vision. She suggest alternative materials to keep the costs down. She oversaw the demolition and reconstruction. The workers were efficient and reliable. They came everyday even though my house is quite a distance from Unites Restoration. Joy was meticulous and made sure everything was completed correctly.
United Restoration Services did an amazing job upgrading our home. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is truly amazing. We have lived in our home for three years now and the quality of the upgrades today (door hinges, cabinet, paint, wall structure, insulation, granite counter tops, flooring) is as good today as the day URS finished the project. We have worked with other contractors and it's sad to say that most contractors will not stay within budget and within project timelines. URS stayed within budget, completed the project on-time and listened to us. During the project discussion I mention to Joy (owner of URS) that I was allergic to cats. Since the house was previously owned by a cat owner, Joy had the floors sanitized from the concrete before laying floors. This means a lot to me because it shows that Joy cared about the little things, things that can't be seen and can easily be looked over. I highly recommend using URS! We look forward to using them in the near future.
Joy is an absolute "joy" to work with. She is extremely professional and dedicated. I have used her a lot in the past in my property management company. I cannot remember a time when I have shown up on a job and not to have found that Joy was already there, or had been there to make sure everything worked out according to the original plan.
